Your Responsibilities
Your mission is to support and follow students during the school day and at the after-school program. During the school day, you will be part of creating security, well-being, and joy for students during their breaks. You will spend a lot of time outdoors, offer stimulating activities, and prevent and manage conflicts. During after-school hours, you will belong to the team for one of our grade levels, where you will work with colleagues to promote student development and learning, in accordance with LGR22.
Together with your colleagues, you will create the best possible conditions based on each student's needs. You will collaborate with students, guardians, colleagues, student health team, and school leadership, all for the students' benefit.
Your Competence
We are seeking someone who is trained as a social pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist, or has other education that the employer deems equivalent. You possess a good ability to interact with people professionally, and experience working in primary school or adapted school (grades F-6) is a plus.
As a person, you create security, well-being, and motivation by having a relational approach and clear structure. With your skills, you will contribute to the school's safety work by working preventatively and guiding students in social interaction. You are comfortable taking responsibility and can organize work effectively with colleagues. You are a confident adult who is passionate about creating engagement among our students. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Before employment, you must present an approved extract from the police criminal record register.
During the interview, you must verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or personal certificate along with ID. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show a valid work permit or be exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
