Bodals School in Lidingö is now seeking an engaged social pedagogue who has the best interests of the students at heart and who wants to help create a safe, inclusive, and positive school day for everyone. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a social pedagogue with us, you will work closely with students, educators, and the student health team to strengthen safety, participation, and social development. You will be based in the school's student café, an important meeting place for both relationships and learning, where you, together with students, create added value in their school day. In the role of social pedagogue, you will, among other tasks: • Work proactively and preventively with the school's core values. • Participate in and implement measures related to bullying. • Organize and lead break activities to create safe and enjoyable pauses. • Be active in the school's student health team and safety team. • Collaborate with guardians and other external stakeholders. • Be a present adult in the school environment and a support for both students and colleagues. You will become an important part of the school's daily life and a person who contributes every day to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. At Bodals School, you will encounter work that is both dynamic and meaningful. The role requires you to: • Be flexible and confident in meeting different types of students and situations, • Quickly build good relationships and adapt activities to individual needs, • Make quick decisions when necessary, • Be involved in developing the school's long-term safety work and routines. As a social pedagogue, you will be one of the key individuals in our values work and will have significant opportunities to positively influence the school environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has relevant education in social work, social pedagogy, or equivalent. • Has experience working with children in grades 4-9. • Is confident in the role and has a good ability to collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians. • Has a strong value foundation and a strong commitment to safety and inclusion. • Is proactive, structured, and solution-focused. We consider it an advantage if you have: • Experience working in primary schools or similar settings. • Experience working in or closely collaborating with student health teams.
