Do you want a varied and meaningful job where you can contribute to creating structure and quality in social work? We are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous Social Administrator for the LSS investigation unit, psychosocial adult area, BAB, and fees within the Welfare Administration.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Social Administrator, you will be an important part of our team and work closely with both managers and employees. You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as:
- Decision-making and administration of sick pay within personal assistance
- Invoice review and handling of recovery claims
- Administration of habilitation compensation
- Billing for meals within disability care
- Administration and billing of assistive device costs
- Other administrative tasks may be added.
The work is varied and requires both independence and the ability to collaborate.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school diploma or higher education relevant to the position, such as social administrator, high school economist, or social worker.
- Several years of experience in administrative work, preferably within social services.
- A good understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- The ability to take initiative, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility.
Meritorious qualifications include:
- Experience with payroll issues and labor time legislation
- Knowledge of systems such as Proceedo, Lifecare, Procapita, and Stratsys.
- Experience in developing routines and working methods to improve administrative processes.
