This is a municipal F-6 school with approximately 300 students. Here, a committed faculty works closely together, valuing team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to contribute. The position involves teaching social studies and co-teaching multiple subjects. Work will primarily be in collaboration with colleagues, but there may also be instances of more independent classroom teaching. A rough lesson plan will be provided, but you will need to take responsibility for planning, implementation, and assessment of instruction, as well as writing term-end written evaluations. Your Profile We are seeking candidates who have previous teaching experience, preferably in social studies, and who have: - A clear and confident leadership style - setting boundaries and creating a calm working environment in the classroom. - Ability to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. - Experience working in schools, preferably with intermediate-level students. - Ongoing or completed teacher education is meritorious.
