• Professional trade certification or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a carpenter in new construction
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Strong Swedish language skills

• Hot Work certification
• Safe lifting techniques
• Mobile work platforms
• Lift truck/crane operation license
