Welder and Assembly Technician

About the Job Our client in Finspång needs reinforcement in the form of a blacksmith with experience in welding and mechanical assembly. The assignment involves temporary recruitment, meaning employment begins with us with the aim of transitioning the right person to a direct employment with our client after six months. The assignment is full-time, daytime, with the workplace in Finspång. Job Description The work is varied and takes place both in the workshop and at customer sites. Tasks are diverse and may include welding frames for properties, welding railings, or welding new platforms in industry. You will weld different materials and using various methods with requirements for quality in execution and results. The work also involves mechanics and assembly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is handy, practically-minded, and wants to broaden their skills. Education and Certification For this position, experience and attitude are more important than education. No welding licenses are required as the client company will provide them. Requirements: Driver's license and own car Swedish language skills (spoken and written) Blueprint reading Forklift and crane operator certification Experience You have at least a couple of years of experience in similar work from workshops, maintenance, welding, and/or mechanics. Personal Qualifications You love mechanics, repairs, and solving problems smartly.
