About the Position
This full-time position is located in the historic Bräkne-Hoby, just outside Ronneby. Nordic is close to the main road and train station, with easy access to nature for those who want to enjoy an extra lunch walk.
Job Description
This responsible role as SMD Operator (Surface Mount Device Electronics Components) will be particularly demanding at first. You will be responsible for an SMD line and gradually also an AOI line, as well as programming these.
This is not a role for someone who wants every day to look the same. You should enjoy pace changes and be stress-resistant.
Qualifications and Experience

Accuracy and a desire to always get things right are your guiding principles. You should be confident and have a flexible approach to new challenges as we constantly face new situations. You have high work capacity, are positive, unpretentious, and broad in your experience and interests. We are looking for someone who easily learns new things, can work with different types of people, is inspiring and instills confidence, and is more of a workhorse than a showoff.
We prefer candidates with leadership qualities, experience as a group leader, or relevant education in the field.
Excellent Excel skills and fluent English in speech and writing are required. Previous experience with Surface Mount Machines and electronics production is meritorious.
