The Role – Media Salesperson with Growth Opportunities
Smart Senior is seeking an ambitious sales colleague who wants to grow alongside the company and help drive its growth forward. Together with the CCO and CEO, the focus will be on creating new business, developing existing clients, and maximizing the potential of the AI-based advertising platform targeting the 55+ demographic.
This role is suited for someone competitive, relationship-oriented, and who understands that high engagement and activity levels generate more business. Sales are built on knowledge, trust, and long-term relationships – and the media salesperson will be a key player in the ongoing growth journey.
Your Responsibilities
• Work in CRM to plan, follow up, and structure daily sales activities
• Daily prospecting and outreach to new clients
• Follow up on potential deals and develop the value of existing client relationships
• Register orders and ensure good follow-up throughout the sales process
• Meetings and dialogue with decision-makers at the management level, such as CEOs, sales directors, and marketing managers
Relationships and Working Methods
The role involves close contact with clients and partners, with a strong focus on long-term relationships. With a consultative approach, the benefits of exposure and campaigns via Smart Senior are clarified – both strategically and results-driven.
Part of the client base consists of existing key clients whose relationships need to be nurtured and developed, while a significant portion of the work involves driving in new business. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form are crucial.
Competency Profile
• Experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably through digital channels
• Interest in digital marketing, media business, and data-driven solutions
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English
• Relevant education in sales and/or marketing is an advantage
• Previous experience in selling digital services, tech, SaaS, or licensing solutions is a plus
