The headquarters is located in Persberg, Värmland, and SMA Mineral currently employs 250 people. Experience in industry or process work is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
What will you do?
As an Operator with us, you will play a key role in keeping production running – every day. Here, you will work closely with your colleagues in a cohesive team where safety, quality, and collaboration are the focus.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing our manufacturing process during ongoing operations.
• Conducting sampling and analysis of the produced product to ensure quality.
• Raw material handling with a wheel loader.
• Reporting production and operational status in the operation journal.
• Collaborating with colleagues and contractors to maintain efficient production.
• Working with structured and preventive maintenance.
• Reporting improvements and deviations according to procedures.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and has the ability to make independent decisions when the situation requires it. You are meticulous, communicative, and have good computer skills. With your problem-solving ability, you contribute to good collaboration and are a driving force in the work of continuous improvement. You also have a strong focus on safety and ensure that work is always carried out in a safe and responsible manner.
Meritorious:
• Wheel loader operator's license.
• Forklift license.
• Hot work certification.
• Experience in industry.
Additional information
• The position involves shift work (continuous 5 shifts).
• We apply a 6-month probationary period.
