**The Role**
As a crafts teacher at Morgongåva School, you will teach students in woodwork and textile crafts for grades 3–6.
You will plan and implement teaching in a way that integrates lessons with recreational activities, fostering a safe and creative learning environment.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Teach woodwork and textile crafts for grades 3–6 with a focus on creativity, problem-solving, and practical skills.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, including both teachers and recreational staff, to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students.
- Support students' language development and mathematical thinking, including Swedish as a second language and the Singapore model.
- Participate in the school’s daily development work to continually improve teaching and operations.

**Is This You?**
You have a teaching degree with qualifications in crafts or another relevant teaching education with documented experience in teaching woodwork and textile crafts for grades 3–6.
Experience integrating language and mathematics into practical work is preferred.
You are pedagogically secure, inclusive, and creative, with the ability to create a safe, stimulating, and cohesive learning environment in collaboration with colleagues.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, digital competence for planning and documentation, previous experience with project-based learning, and experience in cooperation between school and recreational activities. A driver's license may be beneficial for study visits or material purchases.
A criminal record extract must be provided prior to any potential employment.
