As a Sander/Painter at Tullinge Lack, you will become part of a dedicated team of four persons under the leadership of our team leader, who is responsible for planning and organization in the workshop. The work takes place in our workshop in Tullinge, where you will handle many different work orders every day – both new and follow-ups from the previous day.
You will work on preparing materials for painting, sanding, filling, and performing minor repairs on cabinet doors and fronts. The role also includes filling out work orders, checking that all materials are correct, and ensuring the surface is ready for painting. For the right person with experience, there is an opportunity to assist with painting itself when needed.
The work requires precision, a sense of responsibility, and an artistic eye for details.
As a Sander/Painter, you will among other tasks:
• Review and follow work orders – check quantities and materials
• Sand and fill cabinet doors and plug holes as needed
• Repair minor damages on wood surfaces
• Check surface finish before painting begins
• Fill out work orders with details about number of filled holes and surface layers
• Ensure correct price level and treatment is specified (e.g., factory-painted, hand-painted, or raw wood)
• Assist with painting when needed, including color mixing
• Place items in drying and warm rooms after painting and ensure cleanliness in the painting room
• Work safely with protective equipment, face masks, and protective clothing

Meriting Factors if you have:
• Experience in kitchen painting or renovation involving sanding and filling

Additional Information:
Start: As soon as possible
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:30–15:30 (30 min lunch), Friday 06:30–12:45 (15 min break)
Location: Workshop in Tullinge and at customer sites
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time with 6-month probationary period
