As a sludge truck driver, you'll have a varied and physical job that combines driving with practical fieldwork. You will be responsible for driving a truck and performing sludge pumping and flushing, based out of Gemla. Your assignments will primarily be within Växjö municipality, where you'll plan your routes and ensure work is completed in the best possible manner. This is a profession for someone who enjoys working independently, taking responsibility, and staying physically active throughout the workday. The work can be demanding at times – therefore, you need to be in good physical condition and enjoy working with your body. To succeed in the role, you must have CE certification, valid YKB, and ADR certification.
