About the Position
We are seeking skilled and experienced tailors for our team, working on project-based sewing, repair, remake, and custom-fitting of clothing. You will be part of a sustainable initiative where craftsmanship meets digital solutions.

Work Responsibilities
• Repair and alterations of clothing (pants, jackets, dresses, etc.)
• Quality control and documentation of finished garments
• Production of remake garments and small series
• Pattern cutting, measurements, pressing, and final finishing
• Collaboration with project managers and digital order management via Unitex system
Your Profile
• Minimum 5 years documented experience as a tailor, seamstress, or textile craftsperson
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial sewing, pattern adjustment, and alterations
• Experience working with various materials and ready-to-wear garments
• Precision, accountability, and high quality awareness
• Advantageous: Experience with remake, upcycling, or work in a sewing factory
• Note: Work tests will be conducted before employment
Additional Information
Workplace: Unitex atelier in Örebro or from own atelier (after approval)
Employment Type: 6-month project position, with potential for extension
Working Hours: Full-time or part-time by agreement
Salary: By agreement, minimum in line with collective bargaining agreement
