Together with the students, our wonderful staff of about 90 dedicated employees works collaboratively. Our school is characterized by both traditions and innovative thinking and development. We offer you a good working environment in modern facilities. Ösbyskolan is located in Gustavsberg, Värmdö municipality, with very good and frequent connections, approximately a 25-minute travel time from Slussen. In the role of school custodian, you will handle a wide variety of tasks related to the premises that impact the conditions for staff and our students. You should feel comfortable working while the school is in full operation and interacting with both staff and students. You will also have many external contacts, such as representatives from the property owner, craftsmen, and courier services. You will work based on the needs of the school and the municipality's delineation list. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, self-driven, and flexible with excellent organizational skills. You should have the ability to interact with children and young people and have a strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should be willing to collaborate both internally and externally and be able to build good relationships that promote cooperation. Additional qualifications include: - Experience working in a school environment - Ability to take significant personal responsibility and drive your work forward to deliver good results - Experience and knowledge of systematic fire protection work - Experience in safety work and ongoing efforts to ensure a safe and secure school - A positive view of students, assuming that they can and want to learn - Seeing collaboration as a necessity and being willing to pitch in where needed - Ability to work at varying times depending on assignments and needs We place great importance on social competence and personal suitability. For this position, a valid extract from the police criminal record is a prerequisite for employment.
