The role of Curator with us
You will be part of our student health team, working closely with school management and colleagues in the student health team.
The student health team consists of a school psychologist, school curator, school nurse, special educator, and special teacher. You will contribute psychosocial competence and perspectives to the collective student health efforts and work on preventive and promotional initiatives at the individual, group, and organizational levels, from preschool to grade 6.
The work may include, for example:
- Supportive conversations with students, advisory conversations with guardians, and consulting discussions with school staff.
- Implementing initiatives in student groups as well as classes and across the school in the Safety Team.
- Getting involved when poor well-being or psychosocial problems hinder students' ability to benefit from their education.
- Based on a child perspective, promoting and strengthening resources among students and in the learning environment.
- Closely collaborating with student health, school staff, and guardians, representing the student's wishes and needs in the school.
- Acting as the central figure for certain student initiatives that collaborate with community resources such as social services, primary care, and child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Working closely with school management on development initiatives within the school.

We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in social work or another education that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge in the field of neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF).
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working as a school curator.

We offer a permanent part-time position (50%) with a start date at the end of January 2026 or as agreed.
