Together, we ensure that an entire community functions smoothly. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Your role involves employment in the central student health services of Marks Municipality, located at Fotskäl, Hyssna, and Sätilaskolan, with a natural affiliation to the school's student health team, which includes a school nurse, special educators, school psychologists, and the principal. As a school social worker, your responsibilities include work related to the school’s absenteeism efforts, supportive, motivating, investigative, and advisory student conversations, both individually and in groups. You will have contact with guardians, provide advisory support to educators, conduct investigations and assessments that create the basis for decisions. You will participate in the school’s overall promotion and prevention work as well as safety and equality initiatives. You will be part of the school’s safety group and play an important role in collaborating with social services, the police, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP), and others. You will receive supervision and regular meetings with other school social workers in the municipality. **QUALIFICATIONS** You who apply have a degree in social work or have studied social pedagogy at a college or university.
