The municipality's adapted primary school is located by the shores of Lake Mälaren at Tosteröskolan and Thomasskolan on the Campus in Strängnäs. The teaching follows the adapted primary school's curriculum, and we utilize modern technology. A total of around sixty individuals (educators, student assistants, special educators, counselors, and administrative staff) work in the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES As a school administrator, you are a key person in the daily operations of the school. You work closely with the principal and vice principals and are responsible for ensuring that administrative, financial, and practical processes run smoothly throughout the operational year. The role involves both operational and strategic work with a focus on quality, structure, and service. Your main areas of responsibility include: Finance and Administration: Management of invoices, orders, and budget follow-ups in collaboration with school management and the organization's economist. Monthly follow-ups, year-end closing preparations, and budgeting in systems such as ERP and Hypergene. Personnel and Student Administration: Administration in Personec, IST, and learning platforms based on the target group of the Adapted Primary School. Scheduling and ongoing scheduling for staff, absence, employment, and student records. Reporting to SCB and other authorities. Assist in securing substitutes. Follow-up on short-term activities, invoice documentation, and contact with social services. Quality and Documentation: Updating self-monitoring binders, crisis plans, lists, and action plans. Facility and Property Issues: Coordinate fault reports, contact with property management and suppliers. Participate in and, if necessary, lead projects related to facility changes or development work. Communication and Service: Be an accessible contact person for guardians, staff, and external partners. Contribute to a positive and professional reception in all interactions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Education in administration, finance, or another equivalent field, or relevant work experience deemed equivalent by the employer. • Experience in administrative work within schools, municipal operations, or similar organizations. • Experience working with finance, budgeting, and/or other ongoing tasks in the field. • Experience working in administrative systems (IST, Personec, learning platforms, ERP, Hypergene, or equivalent).
