Cedergrenska is a growing school organization with high ambitions for learning and development, aiming to be Sweden's leading provider of education. We are now seeking additional school principals who want to help shape the future for our students and staff. Cedergrenska provides high-quality education for children and students from preschool to post-secondary education. We currently have over 50 units, each with its own profiles and brands. With central support functions for quality, marketing, HR, IT, finance, payroll, service, school meals, cleaning, and real estate, we ensure more time for students and the pedagogical work at the schools. About the role As a school principal, you will assist the principal owner by ensuring that laws and regulations are followed in the schools. You will have overall responsibility for leading the development of your schools and ensuring financial stability. You will play a key role in driving strategic school development together with the principals, quality assuring the operations, and creating a safe, inspiring environment for both students and staff. You will be the coordinating link between central support functions and the principals. The role will involve responsibility for a segment of schools, and your previous experience may be considered in the future division. We are looking for someone who: • Has a relevant higher education degree. • Has several years of experience as a principal in primary or secondary school. • Is a communicative and confident leader who builds trust and engagement. • Is accustomed to leading directly and through other leaders. • Is passionate about school development and has the ability to translate visions into concrete actions. • Has a good understanding of governing documents and quality work within schools. • Has significant competence in result responsibility, budget work, as well as analysis and follow-up. • Enjoys working strategically while being close to the operations. • Has a solution-oriented approach and is confident in decision-making. • Expresses themselves fluently in spoken and written Swedish.
