As part of our efforts to broaden perspectives and strengthen students' future opportunities, we also offer internships and exchanges abroad through Erasmus+ – a valued opportunity that enhances language skills, self-confidence, and provides valuable experiences. **Description** Yrkesgymnasiet in Täby is a high school with 130 students enrolled in the Vehicle and Transport Program, Hairdressing and Styling Program, and Child and Recreation Program. The school's students participate in apprenticeship training, which means they spend more than 50% of their education in a workplace where they engage in workplace-based learning (APL). The school is located about a 10-minute walk from Roslags Näsby if you arrive via the Roslagsbanan train. Together with 17 staff members, you will work in a fun team where all professions play an equally important role in helping the school's students reach their full potential. **Responsibilities** As a school administrator, you are a key person in the school's daily operations. The role involves many varied and stimulating tasks. Your work will require you to be curious and eager to understand and learn about the school's organization and the routines the school unit follows, to communicate easily and adhere to procedures, and to be the outward face in interactions with students, guardians, and other stakeholders. Your tasks will include, among others: - Managing student records and administration, such as enrollments, discharges, grades, and attendance. - Providing administrative support to school management. - Handling personnel administration and absence reporting. - Communicating with students, guardians, and teachers. - Administering schedules and managing substitutes as needed. - Acting as the contact person for school meal orders. - Being responsible for CSN administration, including changes to student information, study paths, completions, absences, and enrollments. - Providing administrative support to teachers, such as exam handling, copying, and mailings. - Performing financial administrative tasks, including disbursement of driving license reimbursements. - Contributing to a good working environment and fostering collaboration within the school. **Qualifications** As a school administrator, you need to have strong technical skills in various systems used in the school and the ability to quickly learn new technical systems. The school utilizes the Progress platform, as well as Microsoft 365, Teams, UEDB, CSN, and Indra. You should also have a good understanding of administrative processes related to the management and governance of the school unit. It is an advantage if you can provide technical support to students, guardians, and other staff at the school. **Are you the one we are looking for?** You are attentive and positive in your interactions and have a genuine interest in wanting to help and understand others while trying to resolve any issues that arise.
