Forest Machine Operator

Woodmood AB is currently seeking a machine operator to join our team. As a forest machine operator, you will work towards goals related to quality, monitoring, production, environment, and nature conservation. You are an important part of our chain, where high demands for precision and responsibility are placed. We are looking for someone who enjoys their work and has a genuine interest in machinery, service, and maintenance. You should be prepared to operate both harvesters and forwarders. You are comfortable using certain IT equipment and see basic administration as part of your job. You have an interest in and take significant responsibility for your work, representing the various values of the forest, such as production, management, and nature conservation. The position includes areas of responsibility that can be somewhat tailored to your skills and strengths. The job is based in Kramfors/Härnösand and surrounding areas, but work in other locations may also occur. You need to have prior experience operating forest machinery. The working hours are mostly shift-based. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has worked in the industry for a few years and understands how it operates. You should be self-sufficient, able to handle maintenance and minor repairs either independently or with guidance from others. Furthermore, we expect you to be responsible, have a good sense of order, and be interested in working together to achieve excellent results. You need to be able to work methodically while understanding that both results and production pace are crucial for success in this role. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
