About this role
Do you want to make a difference for Sweden's forest owners while also influencing and developing both your own role and the organization's growth journey? At Tjänsteverket, you have the opportunity to do just that, as we are now seeking a forest economist with a passion for the forest and a vision for the future!
As a forest economist at Tjänsteverket, you will be a key person for our clients – forest owners seeking security, profitability, and long-term sustainability in their ownership. You will work closely with both clients and colleagues in an advisory, analytical, and business development role to enhance forest ownership and create long-term security for the future of forest owners. Does this sound exciting? Don’t miss the chance to become part of us and our exciting journey!
About us – Tjänsteverket AB
Tjänsteverket is an independent advisor in forestry – standing on the side of the forest owner. Through strategic planning, project management, and tailored advice, we help our clients and forest owners create security, profitability, and long-term sustainability in their ownership. For each assignment, we conduct a thorough analysis of the property's forestry and economic conditions. This allows us to present smart, sustainable, and business-oriented solutions from the very first meeting.
We operate in a changing industry where small forest owners risk losing ground to larger players. Tjänsteverket serves as a counterbalance – with experience, independence, and a strong network, we create better conditions and more opportunities for our clients. Do you want to help make a difference for Sweden's forest owners?
What we offer you
The role involves analyzing forest properties, developing strategies, planning actions, and acting as a sounding board in important decisions. You will be both a project leader and a business partner – with the forest owner's best interests at heart.
With us, you will enjoy freedom with responsibility, a wide variety of tasks, and the opportunity to influence both your own role and the development of the industry. We believe that the right person is driven by creating value – not just on the bottom line, but also for the people behind the properties.
We offer a dynamic workplace, significant involvement in the development of the organization, and the ability to make an impact daily. Here, you will become part of a supportive and forward-looking team where well-being and community are integral parts of everyday life.
