Our client is a well-established forestry management and biofuel company with generations of experience in helping forest owners achieve profitable and sustainable forestry practices. With specialized expertise in the management of forest and conservation areas, such as urban forests, nature reserves, and pastures, they have developed and refined their methods for over 20 years.
The company now needs to expand its team with more skilled conservationists in Täby!
This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be directly employed by the client.
**About the Role**
In the role of conservationist, you will work in teams for various clients. You will perform forestry work of both conservation and traditional nature, which includes everything from clearing brush to more extensive logging operations. You will work with chainsaws and brush saws, ensuring that the work is carried out to a high standard in accordance with the client’s specific requests and conservation standards. Daily care and maintenance of the tools is also an important part of your responsibilities, to ensure that work can be conducted safely and efficiently.

**We are looking for someone who**
- Has a valid chainsaw and brush saw certification (AB-kort).
- Thrives in a physically demanding job.
- Speaks fluent Swedish or can communicate effectively in English.
- Holds a B driver's license.
Experience with selective thinning and clearing, a C certification for chainsaw use, ESA clearance training, education in nature and cultural considerations (SYN), and road safety is advantageous.
