Your Role As a Quality Engineer, you are a central part of daily quality work. You lead and coordinate quality and improvement initiatives in production, analyze processes, and help teams find smarter, more efficient solutions. Using tools like FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses, you work both proactively and strategically to prevent deviations before they occur. You drive investigations according to the 8D methodology, follow up on actions, and ensure that lessons learned are transformed into improvements. You also participate in product and process reviews and contribute to ensuring our high-quality standards are always met. You will become a crucial link between technology, production, and improvement work, contributing to a culture where quality is an obvious part of everyday life. Your Profile We are seeking someone who is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in quality. You thrive in an environment where you can both collaborate with others and take responsibility for your own work. You communicate clearly and build trust - both when explaining complex quality requirements and when leading improvement work together with others. To succeed in the role, we believe you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in quality. Since your role involves many contact points in the organization, we seek strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. Experience with statistical process control, quality systems, and standards is merit-worthy. Knowledge of Lean, root cause analysis, and FMEA, or experience and interest in electronics, is also considered a significant plus. The position requires completion and approval according to applicable security protection regulations.
