About the Position As a Damage Technician at Brandt, you will work with some of the most renowned brands in the automotive world, such as Volvo, Ford, Polestar, MG, Renault, and Dacia. You will be responsible for damage repairs where precision, accuracy, and technical skill are crucial to ensuring high quality in every task performed. Your work will involve planning your day in consultation with the Damage Advisor, executing repairs, and actively participating in accordance with our processes to deliver a world-class customer experience at Brandt Bil. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise and previous experience as a damage technician. You are meticulous and organized, with an eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering quality results. As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and clear in your communication to understand and meet the needs of both customers and colleagues. You are flexible and can handle changes in planning when necessary, and you find it easy to collaborate with others to create a positive work environment. Qualifications - High school diploma, preferably with automotive technical training - Class B driver's license - Good computer and phone skills - Experience working with sheet metal straightening, welding, and surface treatment Meritorious - Experience with structural damage - Experience with chassis and driveline repairs - Experience with CABAS and CAB-Plan - Experience with our brands Conditions This is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period.
