Main Responsibilities As a Damage Technician, you will repair collision-damaged vehicles by replacing and aligning body parts, performing welding and bonding work on metal, plastic, and glass, as well as dismantling and installing technical and mechanical equipment. Independently seeking information and repair methods is crucial for delivering safe repairs. You will complete assigned tasks within the specified time and with professional quality. In your work, you will collaborate with planning, parts advisors, and claims adjusters to create good results and meet established goals. An important part of the work is contributing to a creative, pleasant team spirit and a well-functioning workplace. Competence Requirements You have automotive technical education at a minimum high school level with a focus on metalworking or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar position is meritorious. A B driver's license is required.
