Job Opening: Car Damage Technician at Toyota Östermalm
To our damage repair workshop at Europeiska Motor / Toyota Östermalm, we are now recruiting a car damage technician/body repair specialist.
Job Responsibilities
The damage workshop is a critical part of our service market, where we manage a significant portion of Stockholm's Toyota vehicle fleet. As a car damage technician, you will work alongside a team of skilled and experienced vehicle and damage repair technicians to create a service market to be proud of. Your role will be technically comprehensive, and you will become one of our experts in sheet metal damage repair. With your help, we ensure a vehicle fleet with satisfied and returning customers. Your role with us will be extremely important, and your contribution will be visible and make a difference.
Your tasks will include:
• Repairing and working on Toyota vehicles with collision damage
• Replacing and aligning body parts, performing welding and adhesive work on plastic and metal, chassis alignments, and glass replacements
• Working through the entire repair process, including sanding, filling, welding, bonding, measuring, and alignment
Your Profile
We believe you:
• Are trained as a car damage repair technician, preferably with several years of experience
• Have worked with current vehicle technology, have extensive technical interest, and are passionate about solving problems and helping customers
• Speak and write Swedish fluently and understand English instructions
• Hold a manual Class B driver's license
Personal Characteristics
You are social and pleasant with a positive attitude. You are self-motivated, structured, responsible, and have excellent collaboration skills, even under time pressure. You are quality-conscious and service-oriented, doing whatever is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. You have strong drive and thrive in a dynamic environment with varied tasks and high tempo. Teamwork is important to us, and we work closely with colleagues.
