About the job
Do you want to make a difference for our customers when they need us most? With us at Länsförsäkringar Kronoberg, you will work with claims handling in vehicle insurance. You will independently take responsibility for investigating and settling claims based on insurance terms, practices, and legislation. Together with a dedicated team of claims adjusters and technicians, you will work to continuously develop and improve the customer experience. Here, colleagues are always close at hand, and we support each other in finding the best solutions for our customers.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and enjoys meeting people—whether that be over the phone, digitally, or in person. You are analytical, able to make independent decisions, and not afraid to take initiative. You enjoy contributing to development, both for yourself, the team, and our customers. The pace can sometimes be high, so you need to thrive while handling multiple cases simultaneously. If you have experience in the insurance industry or customer service, that’s a plus, but the most important thing is that you share our values: commitment, proactivity, curiosity, and teamwork.
What do we offer you?
We offer an 11-month temporary position at 100% in Växjö. We ensure that you receive onboarding and training in claims handling to feel secure in your work. The team consists of a wonderful group of colleagues of various ages and backgrounds based in Växjö, Ljungby, and Tingsryd.
