Do you want to contribute to supporting customers affected by various illnesses or diagnoses and are good at understanding and engaging with people? Then you might be the right person for us. Here, you will get to use your communication skills in conversations with customers in different life situations. If you are also accustomed to handling fast-paced workflows and multiple systems simultaneously, you could become a valuable asset to our team.
About the role | Meaningful work with significant responsibility
As a claims adjuster for health-related injuries, you will have daily contact with customers—both via phone and through cases submitted via tryggahansa.se. A large and important part of the work takes place through phone calls. You will handle cases of varying complexity and are responsible for assessing and settling claims fairly and efficiently, in accordance with applicable terms and regulations.
You will be part of a team with broad knowledge and good collaboration, where together you contribute to creating security for our customers. We are looking for several new colleagues for both permanent positions and full-time temporary roles. The positions are located at our office in Umeå.
About you | Independent, attentive, and confident in conversations
We are looking for someone who has:
• Work experience from roles with customer contact, preferably in situations where you have met people in difficult or vulnerable life circumstances.
• Good experience communicating via phone—and enjoys it.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with working in various systems and good knowledge of the Office suite.
You have investigative skills and are adept at gathering relevant information to resolve cases effectively. You work in a structured manner, maintain high quality, and are confident in making decisions. You are motivated by clear goals, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy collaborating with others.
We believe that those with a commitment to mental health and neuropsychiatry can bring valuable perspectives to customer interactions. If you have previously worked with individuals living with mental health issues or neuropsychiatric disabilities, we see this as an important asset in the role.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to grow in the role over time—and who wants to help develop both themselves and their surroundings.
About us | We take responsibility, show trust, and create development
