Claims Advisor to Werksta Örebro

About the Position

We are currently seeking an engaged and meticulous Claims Advisor for Werksta in Örebro! With us, you will have a central and responsible role in the claims process, where you will be an important link between the customer, workshop, and insurance company. The job involves receiving and inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing the extent of damages, calculating costs, and ensuring an efficient flow from first contact to completed repairs and handover of the customer's vehicle. Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect damaged vehicles and document damages carefully.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance companies to ensure proper claims handling.
• Create and update claims reports and assist with damage calculations.
• Work closely with claims estimators, technicians, and workshop management to drive the process forward.
• Plan and distribute work to ensure effective workflows and high quality in the claims process.
• Ensure that the customer receives ongoing information and excellent service throughout the process.
• Contribute to improvement efforts and share your expertise within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in damage assessment within the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable with customer contact and able to create trust and security for customers.
• Strong administrative skills and experience in documentation and structured work.
• Familiarity with Cabas/Cabplan or equivalent systems is desirable.
• Good computer skills and understanding of digital workflows.
• A valid B driver's license is required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Solution-oriented with a focus on service.
