About the Position We are now seeking an engaged and meticulous Damage Advisor for Werksta in Örebro! Here, you will have a central and responsible role in the damage process, serving as a crucial link between customer, workshop, and insurance company. The work involves receiving and inspecting damaged vehicles, assessing damage extent, calculating repair costs, and ensuring an efficient flow from first contact to completed repair and vehicle return. Responsibilities
• Receive and inspect damaged vehicles, thoroughly documenting damages.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance companies to ensure proper damage handling.
• Create and update damage reports and assist with damage calculations.
• Work closely with damage estimators, technicians, and workshop management to drive the process forward.
• Plan and allocate work to ensure efficient workflows and high quality in the damage process.
• Ensure customers receive ongoing information and excellent service throughout the process.
• Contribute to improvement efforts and share expertise within the team.
Qualifications
• Experience in vehicle damage inspection is meritorious.
• Proficiency in customer contact and ability to create trust and confidence.
• Strong administrative skills and experience in documentation and structured work.
• Knowledge of Cabas/Cabplan or similar systems is desirable.
• Good computer skills and understanding of digital workflows.
• Driver's license (B) is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solution-oriented with a focus on service.
