We are seeking someone who wants to work with service, structure, and problem-solving in a role where no two days are the same. As a claims advisor, you will play a key role in creating security for the customer throughout the entire claims process – from the first contact to completed repair.
About the Position
As a claims advisor, you are responsible for meeting customers in claims matters and guiding them through the entire process with high quality and clear communication. You will function as the link between customer, insurance company, and workshop – with the goal of ensuring a smooth and correct handling of vehicle damages.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Receive claims reports and schedule customer appointments
Perform damage assessments
Create damage calculations in Cabas
Handle warranty cases and insurance matters
Provide support in customer reception and coordinate internal workflows

We are looking for a service-oriented, solution-focused individual with the ability to build trust in customer dialogues. You enjoy structure, are easy to collaborate with, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
We believe you have:
High school diploma, preferably with a focus on vehicles, trade, or administration
Experience in a similar role within claims service or customer reception
Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Knowledge of Cabas and Automaster is meritorious
Valid driver's license (B-class)
