We are looking for a pest control technician for a position in Helsingborg, who can deliver our services with great commitment, strong drive, and a sense of responsibility. You will be part of a workgroup that sanitizes against various types of pests that can quickly spread in properties, as well as performing some preventive inspections. The work is often carried out independently, which places high demands on initiative, responsibility, and communication. There may also be project-based sanitization work with colleagues and other parties, requiring flexibility and good feedback. Most of the operations typically occur during daytime hours on weekdays. The position is a permanent employment, but there are opportunities for other forms of employment as well. The role also includes a basic inspection of buildings for which internal training will be provided.
You are communicative, service-oriented, and solution-focused. It is important that you are good at building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You have experience working independently and should feel comfortable with the Swedish language, as well as having knowledge of English. You are a proficient user of the Google/Microsoft Office suite and smartphones in your daily life. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is required.
Experience in customer contact at various levels is advantageous, as it creates a good understanding of handling our clients and local contact with those present at the time of delivery. It is a significant advantage if you have experience in the service industry.
A background in construction and a hunting license are advantageous but not required – great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
