We are seeking a pest control technician for service in Malmö, who with great commitment, strong drive, and sense of responsibility can deliver our services. You will be part of a work group that sanitizes against several types of pests that can quickly spread in properties and also performs some preventive damage inspections. The work is often performed independently and therefore requires significant initiative, responsibility, and communication skills. Sanitation work in project form with colleagues and other parties may also occur, which demands flexibility and good feedback. Most of the work is normally done during daytime, on weekdays. The position is a permanent employment, but opportunities for other employment forms exist.
The role also includes a basic house inspection for which internal training will be provided.
You are communicative, service-oriented, and solution-focused. It is important that you are good at building and maintaining good customer relationships. You have experience working independently and should be comfortable with the Swedish language and have knowledge of English. You are a proficient user of Google/Microsoft Office suite and smartphone in your daily life. A manual transmission driver's license is a requirement.
Advantageous qualifications include experience with customer contact at different levels, which creates good understanding of handling our clients and local contact during service delivery. Prior experience in the service industry is a great advantage.
Construction background and hunting license are meriting, but not required – significant emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
