What does the role offer? Malte Månson Skadecenter in Enköping is a new modern center for heavy vehicles, built for future needs. The premises are bright, well-equipped, and furnished with the latest technology for trucks, buses, transport vehicles, and trailers. As the Damage Manager, you will lead the operations, develop the team, and ensure high quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The position is based in Enköping and is part of an expansive phase where more damage workshops are planned across the country. You will be a key person in both today's operations and future investments. Travel may be required.
Your main responsibilities:
• Lead, plan, and allocate work in the damage workshop
• Be responsible for personnel, skills development, and work environment
• Ensure that the damage center meets its budget and performance targets
• Ensure high quality, service, and safety at all levels
• Build relationships with customers, insurance companies, and partners
• Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to the long-term growth of the business
You will be responsible for an efficient, profitable, and safe operation with a high level of service. The role includes personnel responsibility for approximately ten employees and requires a structured leader with both operational drive and strategic focus. You will collaborate with insurance companies and colleagues within the chain and play an important role in Malte Månson's continued growth in the damage business.
Who are you? We are looking for a business-minded and driven leader with industry experience and an interest in vehicles. You develop both people and operations and thrive in an environment focused on customer, quality, and results. Your background could be as a workshop manager, damage manager, site manager, or another leadership role within the automotive industry. The most important qualities are positive leadership and your ability to drive development. We would like you to have:
• Experience from a damage workshop or other leadership experience in the workshop industry, preferably within heavy vehicles, transport vehicles, or trailers
• Experience with CABAS or similar systems
• Experience in combining profitability and growth
