Job Responsibilities as Damage Estimator at Werksta Haninge – Damage Estimation, Customer Service & Quality
In the role of damage estimator with us, you will be responsible for receiving and handling damage cases from customers, conducting damage inspections, and compiling accurate calculations according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines. You will function as a link between customer, workshop, and insurance company, guaranteeing a high-quality and efficient damage process. Your main tasks include:
• Receiving damage cases and ensuring correct system registrations
• Performing on-site damage inspections and digitally documenting damages
• Establishing calculations and damage estimates using CABAS and other digital tools
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue and coordinating work with workshop, spare parts team, and insurance companies
• Guiding and informing customers throughout the damage handling process
• Ensuring high quality and efficiency in the damage flow and contributing to continuous improvement
• Actively participating in improvement work and development of routines within workshop & damage handling
Your Profile – Experienced, Service-Oriented and Responsible Damage Estimator
We are seeking someone with solid experience in damage estimation and administration within the automotive industry who is passionate about delivering top-class service. You have a structured work approach, are self-driven, and easy to collaborate with. To succeed in the role, we believe you:
• Have documented experience in damage estimation, damage flows, or workshop administration
• Experience with CABAS, CAB Plan, or equivalent systems
• Good understanding of insurance company procedures and damage processes
• Strong service focus and willingness to build customer trust
• Driver's license and good Swedish skills, both spoken and written (English is meritorious)
• Precise and responsible – ensuring quality in every sub-step
• Team player with initiative and solution-oriented attitude
