About the Organization
Sjuntorp School has 320 students in grades 4-9.
The school is centrally located in Sjuntorp, ten kilometers south of Trollhättan. Here, you'll meet a faculty of committed educators and an open climate between teachers and management, which contributes to a positive work environment.

Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed teacher with subject qualifications in Spanish for grades 6-9. You have good insight into and knowledge of school governing documents and the ability to practically implement these in daily work.
Additionally, the job requires good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and initiative. You need to be able to adapt your approach to different situations and have a strong interest in developing pedagogical activities to be fun, inspiring, and challenging.
It is important that you view each student from a holistic perspective and have a positive student approach. This means understanding that each student performs based on their own conditions – and that it is your task as a teacher to meet each student's needs. You create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities
You will be part of a work team, and mentorship is included in the position. You will participate as a mentor/class teacher in pedagogical development work and documentation according to the compulsory school curriculum and operational goals.
You should be familiar with your teaching assignment based on current governing documents and have good skills in planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and developing pedagogical activities together with your work team.
Using the curriculum as a basis, you will choose methods, content, and approach based on each student's knowledge, experience, and specific conditions.
