Here, you will become part of a well-functioning inpatient care department that currently has two care teams with an open work climate, a high level of communication, and strong cohesion.
We are two care units operating under the same area of activity and on the same departmental floor: the Neurology and Rehabilitation Department (NORAH) and the Internal Medicine Department. We are currently facing an organizational change where our inpatient beds for specialized rehabilitation will transition to the rehabilitation area to increase accessibility for this type of rehabilitation.

With us, you will be offered a varied and stimulating job where no day is the same. You will encounter many different adult patients with varying neurological and medical conditions, often elderly individuals with multiple health issues. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the patients' care, treatment, and nursing. We work with a person-centered approach to best promote our patients’ well-being and health.

You will also have support from coordinators during the day who manage daily operations and a planner who collaborates with the municipality to ensure smooth discharges.
In the department, we have an experienced team leader and a training nurse available. We also hold training and theme days where you will have the opportunity for professional development and deepening in various subjects. We offer stroke competence training and participation in a clinical foundational year for newly graduated nurses.
We are looking for a registered nurse who is authorized to practice in the Swedish healthcare system. Proficiency in Swedish at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's language levels is a requirement. We welcome both experienced and newly graduated nurses.

You are attentive and have a humble and empathetic demeanor in your interactions with patients and their families.
