We are seeking nurses for a nursing home with short-term care and rehabilitation in Lofoten. The nursing home has a total of 25 short-term beds, including 2 places for immediate assistance and 2 places for palliative care.
We offer comprehensive follow-up for individuals who temporarily cannot live at home, need further treatment after hospital stay, or require palliative care.
Start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
Duration approximately 6 months to begin with, with possibility of extension.
100% position in three-shift work with day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications:
.Registered nurse (Norwegian authorization required)
.Ability to work independently
.Good Norwegian language skills (minimum B2 level). Fluent Swedish accepted
.Experience in healthcare work in Norway, preferably from similar short-term care or palliative care settings
.Good collaboration and communication skills
.Stable, reliable, and responsible
