The positions entail that you will primarily be connected to one of the operational areas, either residential care (SÄBO) or home healthcare. Job Responsibilities The mission as a nurse in the City of Trollhättan aims to plan care for our patients, and you will be responsible for the safe adherence to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) within our operations. You will lead care based on a patient-centered perspective and are expected to educate and mentor nursing staff in patient-facing roles. As we work in teams around the patient to ensure safe and high-quality care from a holistic perspective, you will collaborate closely with other professionals. Some examples of this include medication dispensing machines and online home healthcare. Working hours during weekdays are scheduled for the daytime. You will be part of a rotating schedule where you work every fifth weekend, with both day and evening shifts. During evening and weekend work, you will serve in a unit together with the municipality's other nurses.
