Located by Stadsparken in Lund, Vårdcentralen Södertull is easily commutable from all of Skåne and has over 12,000 registered patients. We are about 45 dedicated employees who provide comprehensive primary care, consisting of medical secretaries, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, and receptionists. Here, all professions collaborate with the patient at the center, and you will have a valued and natural role in the team. We work in bright and fresh premises, where both we and our visitors thrive. We value each other and our team’s good atmosphere. We believe that we provide better and safer care when our employees enjoy their work.
Our goal is to provide quality care for the whole person at all stages of life. We have both a child health center (BVC) and a midwifery clinic (BMM) in our premises and are responsible for two residential care homes, ensuring safety and continuity throughout life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We offer an exciting and developing position where you will have the opportunity to vary your working hours between outpatient work and triage, via phone, digitally, and on-site.
As a nurse with us, you will be an important part of the collaboration with the municipal home healthcare team and a key person in our group. We work with several different IT systems, including PMO, Mina Planer, and 1177 Direkt.
Teamwork is our focus. Through regular rounds, different professionals closely collaborate around the patient to create the best care. QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to at least C1 level according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement. If you have further education, specialist competence, or prescribing rights, it is an asset but not a requirement.
