About this role

We are now seeking a nurse for the Health Care Unit's nursing on-call service for evening and night shifts. Your Duties As a nurse with us, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure patient care and safety during on-call hours. Three nurses are on duty in the evenings and two at night. You will provide healthcare at the municipality's special housing, short-term housing, LSS, and social psychiatry residences. We are based in Artursberg, and from there you will make planned and urgent patient visits. We work patient-centrically, which includes following up and executing medical orders, conducting individual assessments and interventions. A crucial part of the work is supporting and guiding care personnel in the various facilities. With us, you'll have a flexible job with great variety, where no two days are the same. You'll use your experience and work independently while always having colleagues to consult and seek help from if needed. It's a flexible work environment with time for reflection between interventions. The Health Care Unit works with close leadership to offer a good work environment. As a Nurse, You Will: - Provide healthcare tailored to each individual's unique needs and conditions - Guide and support care personnel in health and medical issues in their daily work to ensure high-quality care - Participate in quality development work - Stay updated on research and development in healthcare - Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuous, high-quality healthcare around the clock - Work from a salutogenic approach, focusing on preserving and promoting health rather than just treating illness Who Are You? Requirements: - Licensed nurse with at least 2 years of experience - Excellent Swedish language skills, both oral and written - Good documentation and IT skills - Valid driver's license (B-license) Merits: - Experience in municipal healthcare - On-call service experience - Specialist education in district care, elderly care, or psychiatry Personal Qualities: - Innovative and self-driven - Engaged and unpretentious - Strong ability to create relationships and work with people - Ability to lead, motivate, and find solutions - Comfortable working both in teams and independently - Enjoy mentoring care personnel and being their support and security We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
