Patients are treated voluntarily or under coercion. The staff on the ward have worked together for a long time, and we place great value on maintaining a positive attitude at work! In geriatric psychiatry, we focus heavily on interactions. We aim to create a calm, safe, and secure environment for our patient group, where you as a nurse play an important role. You serve as both a support through the "one conversation a day" model, where we address the patient’s needs and thoughts, and as a bridge between different care professionals. On Ward 31, you work closely with an experienced team of nursing assistants, specialists, physiotherapists, social workers, and occupational therapists. All to help our patients in the best possible way! The workplace is located at Nacka Hospital next to Ektorps Centrum with good transport connections and near the scenic Nyckelviken and Långsjön. We have a close collaboration with our sister departments, eight in total, located in the same building.
