We are now expanding the Staff Pool, a unit that provides shared personnel resources primarily within surgery, medicine, and orthopedics at Östersund Hospital. WORK TASKS As a staff pool employee, you will interact with patients in the areas of medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. You will receive training at each workplace you work in. The position involves rotation work during day, evening, and night shifts. The opportunity to work exclusively as a night nurse is available. Scheduling in consultation with your manager provides good opportunities to influence when you work and how your free time looks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in medicine, surgery, or orthopedics. Experience in multiple areas is meritorious. You see it as a matter of course to work in a team and contribute to Region Jämtland Härjedalen as a whole. You believe in development and the possibilities of healthcare. Working person-centered with the patient in focus comes naturally to you. As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and responsible. You have good collaborative skills and enjoy changes.
