We are currently seeking someone interested in working as a nurse within our municipal primary care (home care) in Falkenberg. We hope that you want to join us in developing home care together in Falkenberg Municipality.
In municipal primary care, our team includes nurses, specialized nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, pharmacists, assistants, and managers. Together, we work in teams to meet patients' needs for an independent life with a good quality of life. Our office is a bike ride of about 3-5 minutes from the train station.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse, you will work to ensure good and safe care for our citizens who are enrolled in home care, living in regular housing, or in one of the municipality's residences. In Falkenberg Municipality, we provide somatic care, short-term housing, day care, and dementia units.
All new patients are enrolled via our care planning team, which creates a plan based on an individual assessment. In your work, you will visit patients for planned and unplanned healthcare assignments and clinical assessments. Your work is varied, offering significant opportunities to organize your own day based on your patients’ needs.
All licensed professionals (nurses/occupational therapists/physiotherapists, pharmacists) and nursing assistants work closely with the patient in focus. Together, we strive to provide the best possible care for our patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse, whether experienced or recently graduated. Courses in the field or further training in district care, geriatrics, or psychiatry are advantageous. A valid B driver's license is required for this position. Considerable importance will be placed on personal suitability.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Weekly working hours: 38.25 hours/week (100%) - Day, evening, and weekend shifts.
We currently operate on a 10-week schedule, with approximately 7-8 evening shifts every 10 weeks, and weekend duty every 5th weekend.
