Registered Nurse for Surgical Ward 14 - Rotation or Full-Time Night Shift

We are now seeking a licensed nurse for Ward 14, where you'll have the opportunity to develop in an environment characterized by competence, collaboration, and commitment. We're looking for someone interested in working rotation or full-time night shifts.
Ward 14 focuses on lower gastrointestinal care, which involves treating patients with lower gastrointestinal tract diseases. You'll primarily care for patients who have undergone colorectal cancer surgery, but acute surgical conditions are also common.
Our knowledgeable and dedicated team strives every day to provide our patients with safe and high-quality care. We're seeking someone who wants to contribute to our continued development.
Job Responsibilities
In addition to standard nursing tasks, you will work with pre- and post-operative care, including:
• Clinical assessments
• Fluid balance
• Wound and stoma dressings
• Central line management
• Medical technical equipment
• Nasogastric tube
• Drainage
• Urinary catheters
You'll receive an individualized introduction to help you feel confident in your role. We also offer recurring training opportunities, such as internal and foundational year training, to help you develop and grow professionally.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
• Are licensed nurses
• Have a genuine interest in surgery and enjoy varied tasks - both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Work responsibly and evidence-based, with good adherence to our routines
• Are flexible, self-driven, and have strong collaborative skills
• Have excellent communication abilities in speech and writing
