Your responsibilities will include basic home healthcare such as establishing care plans, assessing patient needs, managing medications, changing catheters, and dressing wounds. You will also be responsible for quality registers, delegations, and care for approximately 30 patients. Your work will involve both independent tasks and close collaboration with other nurses, rehabilitation staff, and care personnel to meet the patients' healthcare needs. You will guide the nursing personnel, and teamwork with home care staff is essential. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, with some weekend duty every eighth week. The position is based in Norrtälje. Your responsibilities will include, among other tasks: - Basic home healthcare such as wound dressings, catheter management, and medication administration - Developing care plans - Conducting assessments and follow-ups - Maintaining quality registers - Delegating tasks - Collaborating with colleagues in the customer choice scheme and other healthcare institutions About Our Offer With us, you will have an independent role with the opportunity to plan your own day and some flexibility in scheduling. About You For this position, you need to: - Be a licensed nurse, district nurse, or a nurse with further education in elderly care - Hold a valid driving license (category B) and have driving experience - Have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Preferred Qualifications - Prescription rights and experience in the profession - Further education as a District Nurse or in Elderly Care As a person, you are driven by your medical knowledge while your empathetic ability helps you engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
