JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a licensed nurse, you have a supervisory function towards patients, care personnel, and relatives, with the aim of creating self-determination and independence for the patient. You are the responsible nurse in home healthcare, and your tasks include planning and assessment. You will closely collaborate with other units and their nurses. You will independently plan using our digital planning tool and structure workflows with other professionals in the organization. You work daily strategically based on patient needs, with patient safety in focus. Your work hours follow a fixed schedule with two weekends and seven evenings per 10-week cycle. During evenings and weekends, you work alone and have the entire municipality as your workplace. On-call duty is also included in the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed nurse who enjoys developing and being developed, taking initiative, and being creative. Alternatively, you are currently studying nursing and expected to graduate in January 2026. Digitalization and welfare technology are important aspects moving forward, and you have an interest in this and see its utility in operations. As a person, you are innovative and flexible. You enjoy working independently with freedom under responsibility and see other professionals' knowledge as a strength.
