**Where you will work**
Enebacken is a care home with a total of 108 places, specializing in short-term and respite care, daytime activities, somatic care, and dementia care.
Enebacken is located in the picturesque Smedby in Åkersberga, close to meadows and forests.
**Who you are**
You are responsible, independent, and comfortable making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff on healthcare issues, are humble, and are motivated to work with your colleagues to organize care in the best way possible.
Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and providing information regarding changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.
**Job Description**
We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for a permanent position with a probationary period, with an employment rate of 75-80%. The position involves daytime, evening, and additional weekend shifts.
- Licensed nurse
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
**Desirable Qualifications**
We prefer candidates with prior experience in elderly care. To thrive in this position, you should be engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being good at building strong relationships and service-oriented. At Forenede Care, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.
Before offering employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
