The work of a nurse in the dialysis unit is technical, specialized, and patient-centered. Therefore, you will undergo a long and individually planned orientation for about 10 weeks. After this, you will work independently but in close collaboration with experienced and dedicated colleagues. The outpatient work means you will engage in planned care, and you will generally know what your workday will involve. Our patients typically come in for treatment three times a week, leading to close and long-term relationships with them. We operate the dialysis unit on days, evenings, and weekends. The evening shift ends no later than 8:00 PM. The unit is currently open all week, Monday to Friday (day and evening), as well as Saturday, day, and Sunday evening. The position is a permanent employment. **Your profile** We are looking for a licensed nurse with at least four months of professional experience and an interest in providing individualized care and hemodialysis. We value good interpersonal skills and effective collaboration abilities. As we are heavily focused on developing our services, we want you to be active in this and unafraid to try new approaches. You should have a flexible and independent work style. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
