We are now seeking a nurse for ASIH in Västerort We are looking for someone who wants to work with advanced home healthcare; an independent and stimulating role focusing on quality care and symptom relief, for instance, during ongoing oncological treatment or in the final stages of life. You will be part of a well-coordinated team with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and social workers. Job Description As a nurse in advanced home healthcare, you will have a varied and independent job with typical nursing responsibilities in the patient's home. You will contribute to ensuring that the patient and their relatives are involved in the care and feel secure at home during a period of serious illness. The care must meet physical, mental, social, and existential needs. We document in the journal system Take Care and plan care using the Epsilon tool. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, good teamwork skills, and a genuine interest in home care. You are positive, proactive, flexible, and feel confident in your professional role. You see it as your natural responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment. A driver’s license is a requirement. Experience in home healthcare or advanced home care is a merit. Appropriate specialist training is advantageous, e.g., in oncological care, palliative care, or as a district nurse. The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, and includes daytime and evening shifts as well as every third weekend. We apply a six-month probationary period.
